7. When applicable, advertising in The Real Estate Book
8. Design a brochure for your property to be placed onsite so that other agents can have quick access to vital information on your property
9. Place a Craig Massee "For Sale" sign on the property.
10. Caravan to the home so that our agents know the details of your property.
11. Open House as needed.
12. Send out Just Listed post cards.
13. Provide regular progress reports. You'll receive written "Report Cards" following each showing with comments from the prospective purchasers.
14. Consult with sellers on changes that need to be made to make the property more marketable.
15. Submit to you all written offers, assist with negotiations, and provide you with an estimate of your net sales proceeds.
16. Once your property is under contract, we'll arrange for the home inspector, the appraiser, a termite letter, and monitor all other presettlement activities.
